タイトル;Efficient animal production using oocyte cryopreservation derived from ultra-superovulation technique in mice.

要旨;
Ultra-superovulation technique using inhibin antiserum (IAS) and equine chorionic gonadotropin (eCG) produced more than 100 oocytes from single female mice (Takeo and Nakagata, PLoS ONE, 2015). In this study, we examined viability, fertility and developmental ability of cryopreserved mouse oocytes derived from coadministration of IAS and eCG (IASe). IASe yielded about five times higher number of oocytes than eCG. N-acetyl-L-cysteine improved fertilization rate of the vitrified-warmed oocytes. Obtained two-cell embryos developed to blastocysts in vitro. In summary, oocyte cryopreservation derived from IASe will be applicable to efficient production of mice by in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.
