タイトル;『Analysis of morphological phenotypes in Tsukushi (TSK) KO mice brain.』

Abstract;
Recently, We found that TSK inhibited Wnt2b activity in vitro and in ovo by interacting with Wnt2b receptor at the CMZ. I analyzed TSK expression pattern in the mouse brain and found the morphological abnormality in TSK-KO mouse brain. TSK was strongly expressed in the Sub-Ventricular Zone (SVZ) and Dentate Gyrus (DG) in the hippocampus, where the neural stem cells exist. I observed the enlargement of lateral ventricle (LV) in the adult TSK-KO mouse comparing with wild type mouse. Now, I’m investigating whether TSK is involved in the regulation of the neural stem cell proliferation as a niche molecule in the adult mouse brain.
